Jennifer LeCointe began their work experience as a Technical Recruiter at Geneva Consulting Group in 2004. In this role, they sourced IT talent for various clients nationwide. Jennifer then joined RMS Computer Corporation in 2008 as a Senior Technical Recruiter and remained in this position for 14 years until 2022. Jennifer then worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at SANS Consulting Services, Inc. from September 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Recruiter at Enterprise Solution Providers.

Jennifer LeCointe attended Monroe College from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
