Yuuka Ng has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Senior Associate at Enterprise Singapore, which they have held since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Producer at Reed Exhibitions from May 2019 to October 2020, where they provided administrative support, assisted with content creation, and coordinated logistics for events. Yuuka also has experience as a Freelance Event-Entertainment Producer from January 2013 to May 2019, where they managed various events and productions. Additionally, they worked as an Event & Promotion Consultant at The 'Zine from April 2013 to December 2015, focusing on music coverage and celebrities' advice columns. Yuuka's earlier experience includes roles as an Event/Concert Manager at Glamorous Entertainment from May 2012 to January 2013, and as an Event Executive at Haikara Event from 2011 to 2012. Yuuka started their career as a Barista at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in 2007.

Yuuka Ng began their education at the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) in 2006 and completed their Diploma in Mass Communication in 2008. Yuuka then went on to attend Teikyo Heisei University in 2008 and 2009, focusing on Japanese Language. In 2011, Yuuka enrolled at Berklee College of Music, where they studied Music Business until 2013. During the same period, they also attended William Angliss Institute, earning an Advanced Certificate in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) & Events.
