Dylan Heng FC has over 10 years of work experience, with their most recent role as Deputy Director, Market Access at Enterprise Singapore since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Development Partner, Food Manufacturing at Enterprise Singapore from October 2019 to March 2021. Dylan also worked as a Manager / Senior Development Partner, Strategy and International Policy at Enterprise Singapore from May 2014 to September 2019. Before joining Enterprise Singapore, they worked at Bryan Cave International Consulting as an Assistant Manager from May 2011 to April 2014.

Dylan Heng FC attended the National University of Singapore from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours degree, with a focus on Economics.
