Tommy Lawhorne, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Commonwealth Strategic Solutions, LLC since October 2020. Prior to this role, Tommy held multiple positions at ERPi starting in September 2017, focusing on program and product management, particularly in Program Standardization, SharePoint Online development, and robotic process automation for the Department of Veteran Affairs. Tommy's earlier experience includes roles as Quality/Operational Excellence Manager at Kennametal and Quality Manager at Narricot Industries LP, where engineering methods like SPC, Six Sigma, and Lean were implemented for process improvement. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Tommy also possesses a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marylhurst University.
