Mildred McCarter is a collections specialist at Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc.®, a position held since August 2015. Prior to this, McCarter worked as an independent agent at Allstate Insurance Agency from March 2014 to August 2015, specializing in property and casualty sales, with plans to expand into life and health insurance. From July 2000 to August 2013, McCarter served as a direct sales representative for Allstate Insurance, focusing on property and casualty sales and service. Earlier experience includes time at the Chicago Housing Authority from May 1996 to October 2000 and working at Koranga House for girls under DCFS from August 1999 to August 2000, providing overnight care for state-awarded teens.
