Tom Guthrie is an accomplished leader with a diverse background in community building and business development. Currently serving as Director at Enterprise Nation since July 2023, Tom is also Co-Founder and CEO of Sylva, where the focus is on creating and nurturing niche online communities to foster personal and professional growth. Additionally, Tom is a Co-Founder of Propel, a community aimed at aspiring builders, and previously held leadership roles at Dorm Room Fund and Capsule. Tom’s career began in revenue operations and business development at FiscalNote, following co-founding Youth Voices USA, which successfully trained over 200 students for public office. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Magna Cum Laude BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University. Tom is also an alumnus of Phillips Exeter Academy.
