Asso Uibo currently serves as the Director of Regional Business Development in South Estonia for the Estonian Investment Agency at Enterprise Estonia, a position held since January 2015. Prior to this role, Asso Uibo worked as a Business Consultant for Tartu Business Advisory Services from January 2011 to December 2014. Asso Uibo's academic background includes a Conversion Master in IT from the University of Tartu Institute of Computer Science, completed in September 2023, and a Master of Arts in Comparative Politics from the University of Tartu, obtained between 2004 and 2013.
