Judi Kende is senior vice president and chief program officer for Enterprise Community Partners.
With more than two decades of experience in community development, nonprofit leadership, and finance, Judi leads program efforts nationwide to execute Enterpriseās three strategic priorities: increasing housing supply, advancing racial equity, and building resilience and upward mobility.
Judiās career reflects a personal drive to improve peopleās lives through housing. In her previous role as vice president and New York market leader at Enterprise, she expanded Enterpriseās presence statewide, creating impactful programs focused on preservation, anti-displacement, economic mobility, racial equity, and fair housing; and launched a state and local policy practice that secured billions of dollars in resources. Her team also quickly responded to Covid-19 and a racial justice reckoning, spearheading a new public-private partnership to prevent eviction through rental relief and services and creating a flexible loan pool focused on BIPOC-led organizations.
Judi graduated from Kenyon College with a bachelorās degree in psychology and received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
