Charlene Jancsy has held various roles related to human resources and talent management throughout their career. Charlene currently serves as the Talent Management Director and Senior Vice President at Enterprise Bank. Before that, Charlene was a Co-founder at Wakefield Residents Information Group and held positions at Cambridge Savings Bank. Charlene holds a BA in Psychology from Framingham State University and a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University.
