Dennis B. Hunter began their work experience in 1996 at Southwest Bank and M&I Bank as a Vice President until 2003. In the same year, they joined BMO Harris Bank NA as a Vice President and held the position until 2011. In 2011, they then joined Enterprise Bank & Trust as a Sr. Vice President in Commercial Finance.

Dennis B. Hunter received their high school education from Rockhurst High School, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Dennis B. then pursued a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting at Rockhurst University, attending from 1983 to 1986. Later, they continued their education at the University of Missouri St. Louis, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, completing their studies from 1993 to 1998.
