Agata Kurowska-Kalińska has a diverse work experience. Agata is currently serving as a Project Manager at Fingoweb since July 2023. Before that, they worked as an Agile Coordinator/Scrum Master at Enterprai from October 2022 onwards, where they gained experience in Agile Software Development and Agile Management. At Capgmini Polska, they worked as a Project Management Office Analyst from June 2022 to June 2023, supporting the IT department of Credit Suisse in a Regulatory Program. Prior to that, they were a Project Engineer and Drafting Engineer NX/CATIA at Collins Aerospace, where they managed system components development, coordinated tasks for a team of drafters, and took up project engineering tasks. Agata also worked as a Junior Drafting Engineer NX/CATIA at the same company, where they conducted 3D modeling, design support, and product documentation activities. Agata started their career as an intern in the Manufacturing Department at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they implemented changes and created technological documentation.

Agata Kurowska-Kalińska completed their education at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2017, earning a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2021 to 2022, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.

Additionally, Agata achieved the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in June 2022 and obtained the AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International in February 2022.
