Scott Haywood is an experienced safety and health executive with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Contract Partners Safety and Health at Entergy since January 2017, Scott leads a dedicated team focused on contractor partner safety and health while also acting as a liaison to the Power Delivery Business and participating in the Sustainability Leadership Team. Prior to this, Scott held positions such as Director of Capital Projects Safety and Health and Vice President of Enterprise Safety, Health, and Human Performance at Entergy, where a significant long-term strategy was implemented to enhance safety performance. Earlier experience includes roles at Cummins Inc. as Director of Global Health, Safety & Environmental, and various leadership positions at The Safety Engineering Network, Dell Technologies, Crownline Boats, and Westvaco/Georgia-Pacific, where development of comprehensive EHS systems and improvement of safety measures were pivotal. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Murray State University.
