Leroy Nix currently serves as Vice President of Regulatory and Public Affairs at Entergy since October 2022, having previously held the position of Vice President for Strategic Policy and Stakeholder Engagement. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Market Strategy at Southern Company Gas from August 2020 to September 2022 and Director of Federal Government Affairs at Southern Company from November 2016 to August 2020. Leroy Nix also worked as Area Manager for the Birmingham Division at Alabama Power Company from November 2015 to November 2016 and as Manager of Corporate Relations and Federal Governmental Affairs at Alabama Power from August 2009 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Government from the University of Montevallo.
