Despina Bardakidou, SHRM CP, currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Entersoft, a position held since October 2018, where responsibilities include leading Human Resources practices to foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager and Finance & Administration Manager at Retail@Link SA from 2014 to 2018, General Manager at Cinsight Advisory from 2011 to 2014, and Director of Administration and Finance at Roche Hellas Diagnostics Division from 1999 to 2003. Earlier career highlights include serving as Financial Controller at Reuters from 1996 to 1999 and as an Auditor at KPMG in Greece from 1992 to 1996. Despina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Certificate in Evaluation of Investment, both from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
