Will Woldenberg

Founder & President at Entegrit

Will Woldenberg is the founder and president of Entegrit, a HUBZone Small Business and the first veteran-owned management consultancy to be a Certified B-Corporation.

With more than a decade of transformation, implementation, and change consulting experience, he has led or advised on critical initiatives with companies like Exelon, the National Board of Medical Examiners, Honeywell, PwC, Ingevity, the Project Management Institute, and Comcast.

Will is a life-long learner, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Strategic Management (MS) from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History & English from Tulane University. Will has also earned the following certifications: Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCP), Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

A veteran of Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn, Will continues to serve in the United States Army Reserve as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at the University of Virginia, where he was selected for a below-the-zone promotion to Major (one of only two traditional Army Reservists in the Signal Corps to earn this distinction in 2021). Previously, he served as a division headquarters company commander, a division public affairs officer, and as a brigade communications officer. He is a Distinguished Honor Graduate from the Signal Captains Career Course, a graduate of the Defense Information School’s Public Affairs Qualification Course (DINFOS PAQC), and was competitively selected for the Army’s Strategic Broadening Seminar at the McConnell Center at the University of Louisville.

Dedicated to public service, Will is a member of the Defense Council for the Truman National Security Project, a fellow with the New Leaders Council, and a graduate of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia. As a member of WeWork’s Veterans in Residence Powered by Bunker Labs, he was recognized with their Distinguished Leadership Award. He has chaired or served on nearly a dozen different nonprofit boards, including Philadelphia Stories and Warrior Writers and he is currently the Vice President of the Zeta Psi Fraternity. Will has helped other veterans through his work with the Philadelphia Historical Society as a Discussion Leader for The Art of Reintegration program and his writing on veteran leadership, B-Corps, and societal change has been featured in print in the USA Today & The Philadelphia Inquirer and on multiple podcasts.
