Katie McErlean is a Senior Quality Engineer at Entegris since May 2022, previously serving as a Chemical Engineer at Carrier from January 2021 to May 2022. Experience includes a role as a Scientific Student Worker at GlaxoSmithKline, where Katie developed skills in Rheology and X-Ray Powder Diffraction, managing a summer-long project on drug implants. Additionally, a Student Intern position at the Hopkins Extreme Materials Institute provided expertise in Electron Backscatter Diffraction and other testing methods. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, graduated in 2020.
