Aruna Malladi/Munukutla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managed services and operations, holding the position of Director of Managed Services and Operations at Entech since November 2023. Previously, Aruna served as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Capgemini from September 2019 to November 2023, and as a Technology/Service Delivery Manager at Capgemini Invent from August 2017 to September 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Service Delivery Lead and Project Lead (SharePoint) at LiquidHub from May 2005 to July 2018. Aruna holds a Master's Degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (2013-2014) and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2002-2005).
