Steve Howells has over 15 years of experience in risk management, health, safety, and environment roles. Steve is currently the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Entain, where they lead and provides overall vision for the organization's Enterprise Risk Management Policy and framework. Their responsibilities include implementing and embedding ERM across all divisions, regions, and functions, promoting timely risk analysis and reporting, and developing best practice guidance. Steve also served as a Board Trustee at Embrace Child Victims Of Crime, where they supported children, young people, and families who are victims of serious crime. Additionally, Steve chaired the Aviation and Aerospace Group at IOSH, where they provided professional health and safety guidance and advice to stakeholders in the industry.
