Matthew Lym has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Matthew served as the Head of Business Development at Ladbrokes Australia and Entain from 2013. In 2018, they became the Managing Director at Flutter Enterprises. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Lyoto Apparel from 2010. Matthew also worked as an Estate Agent at Bennison Mackinnon from 2007 to 2010.

Matthew Lym attended Scotch College Melbourne from 1990 to 2002. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Monash University and a Bachelor of Laws degree at UNSW. Matthew also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from RMIT University.
