Victoria Richon started their work experience in 1986 as an Associate Lab Member at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Victoria then worked at Aton Pharma, Inc. as an Executive Director from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they served as a Senior Director at Merck. Victoria joined Epizyme, Inc. in 2008 and held the position of Vice President, Biology until 2012. At Sanofi, they worked from 2012 to 2015 as the VP, Discovery and Preclinical Research Oncology. In 2015, Victoria joined Ribon Therapeutics as the President and Chief Scientific Officer, transitioning to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer in 2017. Victoria has also recently become the Chief Executive Officer of Entact Bio in 2022.
Victoria Richon attended the University of Vermont from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center from 1983 to 1986. During this time, they achieved a Ph.D. in Biochemistry.
