Debra Petracca has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and healthcare. Debra started their career as a Sales Representative at Abbott Laboratories from 1996 to 2002. Debra then worked at OhioHealth as a Manager of Physician Relations in 2004. After that, they joined Montefiore Health System as a Senior Product Line Manager, where they were eventually promoted to Director of Marketing Strategy. Debra worked there from 2005 to 2012.
Following their time at Montefiore, Debra worked at Hospital Experts from 2012 to 2016 as a member of the executive leadership team, focusing on long and short-term strategic business plan development. Debra then served as the Director of Marketing, Communications & Public Relations at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center from 2016 to 2017, where they launched a marketing plan aligned with the hospital's strategic goals.
In 2018, Debra joined NuVasive as the Senior Director of Marketing for their Clinical Services division. Debra was responsible for establishing the marketing function for the Intraoperative Neuromonitoring division and supporting the integration of newly acquired companies.
Currently, Debra is with ENT Partners, LLC, where they started as the Marketing Director in 2019 and was later promoted to Director of Marketing & Cosmetic Surgery. Debra'sresponsibilities include overseeing the marketing efforts of newly acquired ENT practices in the Midwest and managing the facial plastic surgery service lines.
Debra Petracca pursued an MBA in Finance at St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business. Before that, they completed a BBA in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
