Vinoth Nagalingam is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managed services and customer support engineering. Currently serving as a Managed Services Compute Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since September 2024, Vinoth is responsible for managing the IT environment of enterprise customers. Prior to this role, Vinoth has held the position of Senior Customer Support Engineer at Ensure Services and Ensure Middle East LLC from February 2017 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing NETAPP, HITACHI, and DELL storage solutions as well as server installations and configurations. Vinoth began the career as a Customer Support Engineer at Redington Gulf, focusing on vendor service request management and help desk operations. Vinoth holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Thangavelu Engineering College, completed in 2014.
