Theresa Griffith is an accomplished organizational development and change management leader with extensive experience across various industries. As Vice President of Organization Development and Change Management at Ensono, Theresa established several key functions, including Global Training & Development and Global Employee Engagement. Previous roles include Program Manager at Wells Fargo Advisors, where Theresa managed IT platform migrations, and various key positions at companies such as Denovo-US, Advanced Technology Group, City of Atlanta, Anheuser-Busch, and Boeing, focusing on business transformation, IT service delivery, and process improvement. Theresa holds a BA in Language Arts, Education, Journalism, and History from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has additional education from the University of Reading.
