Shailesh Chinchore has extensive experience in the IT and operations sectors, currently serving as the Director of Mainframe Operations at Ensono since August 2007. Throughout the tenure at Ensono, Shailesh has held several key positions, including Senior Manager of India Operations, Mainframe Solution Architect, and Service Delivery Manager. Prior to joining Ensono, Shailesh worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Accenture from November 2006 to August 2007. Earlier career experience includes an Officer role at the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) from September 2001 to November 2006.
