Meena Manchoo-Bhana is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in mainframe systems programming and solution delivery architecture. Currently serving as Manager of Solution Delivery Architecture at Ensono since July 2020, Meena has previously worked with RBS in various capacities including Senior z/OS Systems Programmer and Mainframe Systems Programmer, focusing on software installation and customization of key tools. Other experience includes roles at HSBC, where involvement in business-as-usual activities was emphasized, and volunteer work as an IT consultant and social media manager for Mental Health Action Trust. Meena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies with System Practice and has a strong background in encryption, RACF security administration, and database management, having also served in technical roles at Aviva and Accenture.
