Jason Chance is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Ensono since September 2022, Jason previously held positions as Site IT Manager at AstraZeneca and Tower Service Manager at Atos, where responsibilities included managing IT Operations teams and overseeing the infrastructure for outsourced Data Center services. With a strong background in incident, change, and problem management processes, Jason has also led teams of engineers, managed IT operations for municipal systems at the City of Monroe, and made significant contributions to the reliability of messaging systems at Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions and First Data Corporation. Jason obtained a degree from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
