Sean Mahoney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sean is currently working as the General Manager & Vice President at Ensono Digital, a digital consulting arm of Ensono. Prior to this, they served as the President & CEO of AndPlus, a digital transformation agency, which was acquired by Ensono in July 2022. Sean also founded AndPlus Technical Capital Partners, an organization that invested in companies requiring technical development expertise. Sean Mahoney has also held positions such as Adjunct Professor of Business at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Board Member at FlyInside Inc. and Crunched, and Director of Web Development at Boston University Center for Digital Imaging Arts. Sean began their career as a Release Engineer at Dialogic, where they managed a team and was responsible for software builds and releases. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in digital consulting, software development, and team management.

Sean Mahoney has a strong educational background. Sean holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a focus in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
