2nd Line Support Engineer at Ensono Digital

Jason Diaz has a diverse work experience history. Jason started their career in 2015 as an Electronic Note-Taker, providing electronic note-taking services for d/Deaf customers at various locations, including Leeds Beckett University. In 2016, they worked as a Technical Support Assistant at Durham County Council for a brief period before transitioning to the role of Service Desk Analyst, where they provided 1st Line IT support and worked with Windows 7, 8, 10, and Windows Server 2008 Active Directory. Jason remained in this role until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Jason joined ITPS as a 2nd Line IT Engineer, where they supported a range of customers' networks, managed their Windows servers, supported Exchange mail systems, Microsoft 365, Office, and backups, and worked with workstations in conventional and RDS environments. Currently, since 2022, Jason has been working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer at Ensono Digital.

Jason Diaz completed their education at the University of Chichester from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA hons) degree in Music. Additionally, they obtained several certifications over the years, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in September 2021, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft in March 2019, ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2016, CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in January 2016, CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in October 2015, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in April 2022.
