Antonia Katsiris is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in building and enhancing HR capabilities. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Ensoma since October 2020, Antonia played a pivotal role as the first HR employee, establishing foundational functions such as onboarding, payroll, talent acquisition, and performance management. Prior to this, Antonia held various roles at Akcea Therapeutics, including Human Resources Operations Specialist and Patient Advocacy Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included supporting HR operations and patient advocacy initiatives. Antonia's earlier experience includes being an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Infant Cognition Lab, focusing on research activities, and a Patient Advocacy Intern at Akcea Therapeutics, contributing to patient-centered research on rare diseases. Antonia holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
