Ken MacInnis is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in various high-level technical roles. Currently serving as CTO at Ensis since October 2023, Ken previously held key positions such as Solutions Engineer at Weaviate and Principal Consulting Architect at Elastic. Ken's background includes significant contributions at Yahoo as a Principal Engineer and co-founding Distill, where efforts included raising capital from notable venture firms. With a strong foundation in systems architecture and grid computing, Ken has also worked as a Security Analyst at the CERT Coordination Center and a Grid Systems Engineer at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center. Ken earned a BSE in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and has continued to build a robust career across multiple tech companies after graduating from Brother Rice High School.
