Jonathan has held various leadership roles in operations and customer service throughout their career at Enservio. Jonathan has managed different departments and teams, focusing on building processes, standards, and relationships within the organization. Prior to Enservio, Jonathan worked at Bertucci's where Jonathan supervised training programs for restaurant managers company-wide. Jonathan holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
