Jim Kubes started their work experience in 1996 as a Field Service Manager at On Command. Jim then joined SONIFI Solutions, Inc. in 2007 as a Lead Technician and stayed there until 2015. In 2015, they began working at Enseo as a Project Manager and later became the Director of Technical Operations in October 2017.

Jim Kubes attended USN from 1987 to 1988, where they studied Aviation Electronics and Calibration. Jim did not complete a degree during this time.
