Ryan Brown serves as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Ensemble Health Partners since June 2021, leading HR Business Partner teams, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management across the US and India for over 13,000 associates in a complex healthcare environment. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Talent at Bed Bath & Beyond, where Ryan led transformation efforts for 60,000+ employees, and as Head of Learning & Leadership at Nordstrom, focusing on strategies for E-Commerce and Supply Chain divisions. Additional experience includes senior positions at Altice USA and Capital One, where Ryan received several awards for excellence in people management and learning transformation. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science from the University of Texas at Tyler.
