Matt Berger is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience spanning over 18 years in the media and entertainment industries. Currently, Matt serves as the Head of Sales and Co-Founder at Ensemble, a branded entertainment company founded by Issa Rae, since May 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held significant positions including SVP- Head of Sales at Barstool Sports and Director of Sales at Bleacher Report, where responsibilities included leading brand partnerships and revenue strategy for House of Highlights. Matt's career began at The Walt Disney Company and includes a notable tenure at IAC, where Matt served as VP, Head of National Sales at CH Media. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.
