Merideth Molnaird

Merideth Molnaird has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Merideth currently works as a Talent Acquisition Partner at ENSCO, Inc., where they are responsible for recruitment and hiring processes for Aerospace and Avionics positions. Merideth partners with hiring managers to discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications, and maintains all relevant data in various systems. Merideth uses Boolean search strings and online sourcing sites to identify potential candidates.

Prior to their current role, Merideth worked at Entergy as a Leadership Training Program Administrator and Talent Advisor. In these positions, they were involved in program administration and provided talent advisory services.

Merideth also worked at Murphy USA as a Corporate Recruiter, where they engaged in direct and indirect recruiting strategies to increase company exposure. Merideth performed full life-cycle recruiting and guided candidates through the recruiting process. Additionally, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Murphy USA.

Before that, Merideth worked at BelFlex Staffing Network as a Staffing Specialist and Premier On Premise (On Site Manager). In this role, they conducted interviews, administered new hire orientations, managed employees, and ensured adherence to employment regulations.

Merideth's earlier experience includes working as an Admissions Recruitment Representative at ITT Technical Institute.

Merideth Molnaird holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of Central Arkansas. In addition to their academic qualification, they have obtained certifications in the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International in June 2021, and as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in October 2020.
