Siphile Hlwatika is a Senior Associate at ENS, having progressed through roles including Associate, Associate Designate, and Candidate Attorney since January 2019. In addition to this role, Siphile serves as a Research Associate in the Labour and Social Security Law Unit at Nelson Mandela University since September 2022 and holds the position of President of the Alumni Association at the same institution. Siphile's academic achievements include a Master of Laws in Labour Law (cum laude) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law Practice (cum laude) from Nelson Mandela University, along with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the same university.
