Ntsiki Adonisi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the mining and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Department and Executive Director at ENSafrica since April 2017, Ntsiki has previously held executive positions at New Kleinfontein Goldmine and Gold One International, where responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, legal compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience spans various roles at notable firms, where Ntsiki focused on mining law, negotiated commercial agreements, and conducted due diligence investigations. Ntsiki holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Wits University, obtained between 2017 and 2020, and has foundational education from Glenvista High.
