Jayshall Vassen currently serves as an Associate at ENS, specializing in competition and antitrust law since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jayshall was an Associate at Webber Wentzel from January 2018 to August 2021, focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions, and previously completed rotations in commercial litigation, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and tax as a Candidate Attorney. Education includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in Competition, Innovation and Trade Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (2021-2022), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Cape Town (2015-2017), and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Cape Town (2012-2014), along with participation in summer school programs at LSE. Early education was completed at St Cyprian's School (2005-2011).
