Melissa has been in the Higher Education industry for 20 years in management roles spanning from training and quality assurance to HR and marketing. With her focus on marketing for the last 10 years, Melissa has been able to highlight her strengths with a creative spirit but also a deadline-driven operational mindset. Some in the industry call her a unicorn. She loves creating something from nothing and thrives when she can spread her creative wings and deliver concepts that make people say “wow”.
