Matthew Johnston has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew currently works at Aline as a Marketing Automation Specialist, where they implement marketing automation software for new clients and provides training on setup requirements and best practices. Prior to this, Matthew worked at ProviNET Solutions as a Software Services Lead, where they served as a project manager for software support projects and troubleshooted issues for healthcare clients. Matthew also worked as a Software Support Specialist at ProviNET Solutions and as a Director of Information Technology at Peabody Retirement Community, where they managed computer networks and provided daily support to users. Matthew has experience as an IT Consultant at The Integration Group and as a Support Technician at Niles Lankford Group, where they provided consulting services and administered network infrastructure. Matthew began their career as a Network Administrator at Microbac Laboratories.

Matthew Johnston earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems Technology from Purdue University from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they obtained the Trello Fundamentals Badge from Trello in June 2022 and the Advanced Marketing Automation certification from ActiveDEMAND in December 2021.
