Roger Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Roger began their career as a Pharmaceutical Research Assistant at AstraZeneca in 1985. Later, they joined BP in various roles, including Commercial Analyst, Lead Commercial Analyst, Lead Exploration Analyst, IT Manager, Non-Operated Assets Manager, New Ventures Manager, Head of Finance, Country Manager, and Commercial Manager. During their time at BP, they were involved in Joint Venture Management, Exploration, Appraisal Commercial, and Licensing round coordination. After leaving BP, Roger worked as a Commercial and Business Development Consultant at Hervie Limited, where they provided services related to commercial delivery, country entry, start-up, and cost management. Roger also worked at Gas Strategies as a Senior Associate. Currently, Roger is working at EnQuest as the Commercial Director for Upstream and Decommissioning, along with serving as the Decommissioning Business Manager.

Roger Davis completed their Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge from 1986 to 1989. Roger then pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Warwick from 1993 to 1997 at the Warwick Business School.
