Leons Chelladurai has held various roles in the software engineering industry since 2013. Leons began their career as a Technician at Sodexo in 2013, followed by a Software Engineer role at Photon Interactive in 2014. In 2015, they moved to QBurst as a Software Engineer and in 2016, they joined Enqos as a Lead Software Development Engineer, before later transitioning to a Senior Software Development Engineer role.

Leons Chelladurai obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) from Kalasalingam University between 2011 and 2013. Leons also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from DMI College of Engineering between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Hilton Metric Hr Sec School between 1999 and 2007. In addition, they obtained a number of certifications, including Badges on Data Science from Coursera in December 2019, IBM Data Science Specialization from Coursera in December 2019, and Financial Markets: A Beginner's Module from NSEIT LIMITED in September 2021.
