Jayapradha Pachayappan has six years of work experience in Human Resources. Jayapradha began their career in 2016 as a Human Resources Intern at Manpower. In 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Sundaram Clayton Limited and a Project Trainee - HR at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited. In 2018, they were a Junior Human Resources Manager at Gajra Pai & Zhu. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an HR at Karadi Path Education Company and is currently an HR - Talent and People Operations at Enqos.

Jayapradha Pachayappan completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Women's Christian College Chennai in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Social Work from Madras Jobs in 2016. Jayapradha also holds two certifications, one in Payroll from Sparks Training obtained in December 2017 and another in Recruitment from Manpower obtained in July 2016.
