Alberto Rollan is an experienced energy trader currently employed at Enovos Luxembourg SA since June 2009, specializing in Continental Gas and Power trading. Prior to this role, Alberto worked as a quantitative analyst and trader at Auriga Securities from April 2008 to June 2009, along with a position as a quantitative analyst at CM Capital Markets from January 2007 to March 2008, focusing on equity and commodities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Forex analyst from 2003 to 2006 at Expert Timing Systems and a research analyst at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2002 to 2003, where mathematical modeling of explosives was the primary focus. Alberto's initial foray into the industry began with a summer analyst role at Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad in 2001, working on modeling and simulation of wind turbines. Alberto holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, completed in 2002, and furthered education at EEX in 2011.
