Sadha Kameswaran currently serves as the VP of Strategic Business Development at ENOVIX Corporation, focusing on the manufacturing scale-up of advanced silicon-anode lithium-ion batteries through partnerships. Previous experience includes roles such as Global Head of Product Control & Business Operations at BYTON, where responsibility encompassed P&L for North American operations and product strategy. Prior to that, Sadha held multiple leadership positions at Futuris Automotive, including General Manager for Business Development and Global Programs, and General Manager for Commercial and Global Partner Management. Earlier career roles include positions at Johnson Controls Australia and Air International Thermal Systems, along with a foundational role as Assistant Manager at DENSO. Sadha’s academic qualifications include an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
