Tara Jane Pilla, MSW, LCSW, CCM, C-ASWCM, currently serves as a Social Worker/Case Manager at Enloe Medical Center since July 2021. Pilla has been the Owner and Life Coach at TJ Pilla Life Alchemy since January 2013, specializing as a clutter consultant and transitional guide. Previously, Pilla held multiple roles at Oroville Hospital from February 1993 to June 2021, including Social Work & Case Management Relief Supervisor, Medical Social Worker, EAP Counselor, and Case Manager/Discharge Planner, where responsibilities encompassed supervising teams, providing therapeutic services, and conducting utilization reviews. Pilla's expertise also includes a role as a Pain Management Counselor at Comprehensive Pain and Spine in 2013. Additionally, Pilla worked as a Lead Writer and Editor at Amatyzt in late 2012. Pilla holds both a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from California State University, Chico, where studies focused on social psychology, sustainability, ethics, and gerontology.
