Erica Clement currently holds the position of Vice President of Health and Wellness Operations at Pegasus Senior Living, a role started in October 2018, and has also served as Regional Director of Health and Wellness and Regional Vice President of Operations within the same organization. Concurrently, Erica has been the Regional Director of Care Services at Enlivant since August 2014. Erica Clement earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nicholls State University between 2004 and 2008.
