Robert Forrest is an experienced data scientist currently working at Enlitic, specializing in tooling and analytics since July 2023. Prior to this role, Robert served as the Data Automation & Analytics Technical Leader at GE Renewable Energy from January 2019 to July 2023, where significant contributions included the development of a reliability modeling Python library and the application of statistical methods in predicting wind turbine component failures. Earlier positions included Lead Reliability & Data Analytics Engineer at GE Renewable Energy, and Senior Product Definition Engineer at QuEST Global, focusing on gas turbine systems. Robert is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at the University of Colorado Boulder, expected to graduate in 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Bluefield State University.
