Michel Perez is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel at EnLink Midstream since September 2015. In this role, Michel leads commercial legal efforts, focusing on the negotiation, review, and drafting of agreements related to crude oil, natural gas, and midstream operations, including gathering, transportation, storage, and marketing. Prior to this position, Michel practiced as Counsel at Targa Resources from January 2012 to September 2015, and as an Attorney at BoyarMiller from August 2006 to December 2011. Additional experience includes a Law Clerk role at Landry's Restaurants and a Logistics Manager position at Wal-Mart. Michel began military service as an Airborne Ranger in the US Army from June 1995 to June 1998. Michel holds a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
