Nina Mathews has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Client Success Manager at Enlighten Operational Excellence since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nina held various positions at Benefitfocus, including Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Success, where responsibilities included leading teams, managing over 100 customer accounts, and enhancing service quality. Earlier career experiences included roles as an Account Manager and Account Consultant at Benefitfocus, providing client support and managing relationships. Before Benefitfocus, Nina was the Association Executive Director at Capitol Consultants, Inc., and worked as a server at Devine Foods. Nina holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina.
